All you need to know about the services we provide at The Bountiful Table.
How does payment and bookings work?
All grazes must be paid for prior to the event / delivery.
For all platters full payment is required to secure the booking. For larger grazing tables booked more than one month in advance we require a deposit to secure the booking and the remaining balance will be sent about three weeks before the event with the balance to be paid within a few days of receiving the invoice.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Platters: We will refund 50% of the cost paid if the booking is cancelled more than seven days in advance. If it is less than seven days than we cannot offer a refund.
Tables: We will refund 50% of the initial deposit paid if the booking is cancelled more than thirty days in advance. If the booking is cancelled less than thirty days before the event then we will not refund the deposit but we will not charge the remaining balance if we haven’t sent out the second invoice. If the booking is cancelled less than seven days before the event then we will not refund any of the payment.
However we are aware that plans can change unexpectedly and we can offer a change of date (dependent on availability and subject to our discretion) so that you don’t miss out on the grazing experience.
How long does it take to set up a Grazing Table?
We usually require 1-2 hours depending on the size of table. We set up on site without the need for a kitchen facility.
Once the table is set up the food can be left out for 3-4 hours and then must be disposed of. The Bountiful Table are not responsible for disposing any remaining food unless pre-agreed. We can however return immediately after your event to collect any of our boards and other inventory that has been used. We will discuss this for each event.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We care about the environment and are proactively choosing accessory items that are environmentally friendly; so all our plates, napkins and cutlery are compostable and recyclable.
How much is delivery?

We do offer free delivery for all orders over £50.
We have a £75 minimum spend for orders delivered beyond 12 miles. We will travel further to set up grazing tables subject to availability and charge mileage accordingly, at 45p per mile.
What about dietary requirements?
We can cater to specific dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that any of our grazes are absolutely allergy free.
Will I need to provide the table?
We do not provide tables, so a suitable table(s) will need to be ready for when we arrive. The tables need to be out of direct sunlight in a cool place. It is the client’s responsibility if the table needs to be covered.
