All you need to know about the services we provide at The Bountiful Table.
How does payment and bookings work?
For all platters and boxes full payment is required to secure the booking. For grazing tables we require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and the remaining balance to be paid at least seven days before the event.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
Platters and Boxes: We will refund 50% of the cost paid if the booking is cancelled more than seven days in advance. If it is less than seven days than we cannot offer a refund.
Tables: We will refund 50% of the initial deposit paid if the booking is cancelled more than fourteen days in advance. If the booking is cancelled between 7-14 days before the booking then we will not refund the deposit but we will not charge the remaining balance. If the booking is cancelled less than seven days before the event then we will not refund any of the payment.
However we are aware that plans can change unexpectedly and we can offer a change of date (dependent on availability and subject to our discretion) so that you don’t miss out on the grazing experience.
How long does it take to set up a Grazing Table?
We usually require 1-2 hours depending on the size of table. We set up on site without the need for a kitchen facility.
Once the table is set up the food can be left out for 3-4 hours and then must be disposed of. The Bountiful Table are not responsible for disposing any remaining food. We can however return immediately after your event to collect any of our boards and other inventory that has been used.
Is your packaging recyclable?
We care about the environment and are proactively choosing accessory items that are environmentally friendly; so all our boxes, pots, plates, napkins and cutlery are compostable and recyclable.
How much is delivery?
All delivery is free within 10 miles of MK40.
There is a minimum of £2 delivery charge for all orders beyond 10 miles, and then subsquently charged at 45p per mile.
We have a limit of 15 miles delivery for our boxes, and 20 miles for our platters. We will travel further to set up grazing tables subject to availability and charge mileage accordingly.
What about dietary requirements?
We can cater to specific dietary requirements but cannot guarantee that any of our grazes are absolutely allergy free.
Do you deliver?
Yes, platters can be delivered to your event. We have a 15 mile delivery radius from our location (MK40) due to the collection of the platters, which we can return to collect after the event or the following day. We also offer free delivery within 5 miles of MK40.

Will I need to provide the table?
We do not provide tables, so a suitable table(s) will need to be ready for when we arrive. The tables need to be out of direct sunlight in a cool place. It is the client’s responsibility if the table needs to be covered.
